The Flavor Maker

I’m Ken Medei, founder of Wine It®. 
I’ve been making and marketing delicious food products for 30 years. In the early 1990s, I developed a line of sauces in Schenectady, NY, and began selling to specialty food stores and farmers markets. Medei Cuisine grew quickly, and a larger sauce company was so impressed that it acquired my sauce line.
I spent the next 25 years working with many specialty food companies focusing on product re-packaging  and developing new products. Along the way, I initiated a multi-million dollar licensing deal with one of the most famous chefs in America. What's more, I did the same with several nationally known comedians,  branding their product lines. And, now I am back to doing what was always my first love; creating my own brand of specialty food products!
